The full studio fits in a conference room or open corner. Lighting, backdrop, and camera are ready in about 15 minutes.

Employees come over a few at a time on a simple schedule. Each person is photographed in a few minutes and heads back to work.

Pricing
Priced per Person, Lower for Larger Teams
Pricing is per person and steps down with group size, so the number stays predictable as the team grows.

When the Headcount Is a Guess
Conferences, recruiting fairs, and open-invitation events rarely have a firm number. The flat day rate is built for exactly that: $2,659 covering up to 50 people, then $49 per person beyond. It takes the per-head uncertainty out of the budget line.
What you provide
All We Need Is a Little Space
- Approx 10 x 15 ft A room or quiet corner, about the size of a small conference room
- One outlet A standard electrical outlet
- A list The names and a running order for the people being photographed
- 5 to 15 minutes Per person, so the booked window covers the whole group
No special room is required. If there is a conference room, a break room, or any quiet corner with an outlet, that works.
New hires
Add People Later and Still Match
The lighting and framing for your team are recorded, so a new hire photographed months later drops into the same set. Everyone on the site looks like they were shot together, because the setup is repeated exactly. You can see how that consistency reads across a group in the corporate work in the portfolio.
A single new hire is booked at the individual session rate of $149, since the trip and setup are the same for one person as for ten. If you can wait until three or more people need photographing, team per-person pricing applies instead.
Scheduling
Simple to Run on the Day
Time Slots
We send a simple sign-up so people pick a slot. Small groups can also just walk over between the booked hours.
Pace
Sessions move at about 4 to 12 people per hour, so you can plan the window around the team size.
Minimal Disruption
People are away from their desks for only a few minutes each. Work keeps moving while the session runs.
Billing
One Invoice for the Whole Team
Team bookings are billed on a single invoice rather than per person.
